Look no further than our Sublimation Gang Sheet AutoBuilder. perfect for both polyester garments and polymer-coated hard goods, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting colors that won't fade over time. With fine, intricate details and sharp resolution, your designs will come to life with no hand feel - the ink is infused into the material for a soft and smooth finish.
Not only is this product durable and wash resistant, but it also offers a versatile application - you can apply it to both apparel and hard goods. And with its easy application process, you'll be able to create professional-quality prints in no time. Please note that sublimation does not print white ink, so transfers can only be applied to white or light-colored products.
When applying to apparel, we recommend using a heat press for best results. Be sure to use a white or light-colored 100% polyester or polyester-heavy garment and place a new piece of parchment paper inside for each press. Use a lint roller to remove any debris and heat tape to secure your transfer in place to avoid ghosting. Prepress the garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture, then press the transfer at 390-400°F for 50-60 seconds with medium pressure. Make sure the transfer does not shift after pressing and peel immediately and evenly.
For hard surfaces, we recommend consulting the manufacturer's guidelines for pressing. And with our pricing, you only pay for what you print - we charge down to the sub 1-inch area and there is no fee for unused or padding areas on the gang sheet. Just make sure your original image is a minimum of 300 dpi and in PNG, SVG, or JPEG format for the best results.
